To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BytesLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

BytesLab warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any specific warranties relating to software deliverables are set out in the applicable service agreement.
